Share Your History!

The SENMHS endeavors to collect and publish historical photos and documents that pertain to the history of Southeastern New Mexico. To submit hi-resolution scans of your historical materials, click the button above. To contact us about having your historical materials placed into our care, email us here.

To Upload Photos:

  1. Click “Submit Photos Here” Button above to navigate to our NLB Database Submissions page.

  2. Select “Browse Computer”. You can choose multiple photos by holding the “Ctrl” (Windows) or “Command” (Mac) key on your keyboard and then selecting each item you’d like to submit.

  3. Click “Open” or Press Enter and your items will automatically upload and send to our database for review.

Pro Tips:

  1. Before uploading to our database, rename each of your files with Year, Caption, and Collection Information. (ex: 1976 December 06 - Joe and Jill pose outside of the La Caverna in Winter - Collection of Your Name Here) You can also email us more context about your items Here.

  2. Once you Select “Open” or Press Enter, the items you have selected automatically upload. They will be reviewed before they’re posted, but be sure to select only the items you wish to send!
